Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment, group healing, or workshop will receive a 100% refund (minus any applicable restocking fees).

• Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund (minus any applicable restocking fees).

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

• No-call/no-shows are non-refundable.

Reschedule policy:

• Please contact Dusk + Willow Designs directly at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. We understand that life happens. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, clients will be given the opportunity to reschedule once per booking.

Booking Integrity & Boundaries:

• We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we do our best to offer flexibility when needed. However, frequent cancellations, last-minute changes, or no-shows affect the time and energy of our practitioners and impact our ability to serve the community.

Clients with a pattern of rescheduling or canceling multiple times may be declined future bookings at the discretion of Dusk + Willow Designs.

Dusk + Willow Designs reserves the right to limit or decline service in order to preserve the integrity of our offerings and support the well-being of our staff and space holders.

We deeply appreciate your understanding and respect for these boundaries.

Late Policy:

• Appointments: If you are late by 15 minutes or more, your appointment will be canceled without a refund and you will need to rebook at a later date. Appointments refer to 1:1 booked sessions such as Reiki, Tarot Readings, etc

• Group Healings and Workshops: 

To respect the experience of all participants, we enforce a strict late policy. 

Workshops (e.g., Intro to Tarot, Paint’n Stuff, Make & Takes):

• Guests arriving 10 minutes late or more will not be admitted and will not receive a refund.

Group Healings (e.g., Sound Baths, Meditation): 

• Guests arriving 5 minutes late or more will not be admitted and will not receive a refund.

Arrive Early:

• We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and prepare for your session. This helps ensure you get the most from your experience.

What if Dusk + Willow Designs Cancels or Reschedules?

• In the event that Dusk + Willow has to cancel or reschedule your appointment, group healing, or workshop for any reason, you will be contacted directly to arrange a new date. Please do not rebook through the website.

• No exceptions. No complaints. No negative vibes. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business, local healers, and facilitators.

Return Policy:

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for a refund to the original method of payment.

Items returned without a receipt or after 14 days may be exchanged for store credit only.

The following items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged:

*Please note that this list is not exhaustive and additional items not listed below may also be considered final sale and are subject to return or exchange at the sole discretion of the store owner.

• All vendor-supplied or consignment items

• Essential oils and oil-based products

• Bath salts and personal care items

• Herbs, teas, spices, or any ingestible or food-like products

• Opened or used items

• Books that show signs of use (e.g., creased spines, bent/damaged pages or covers)
